Rendezvous 2023 - First Class Event

The Quesnel club had some challenges preparing to host Rendezvous, but when the Prince George club stepped in to help, they had plenty of volunteers.

Everything was well organized, and everywhere you turned there was a smiling helpful volunteer. Enjoy the following posts and photos.

Field Trip - Barkerville

Some of the field trip choices involved a lot of driving, and after the long haul to Quesnel, I opted for a trip to Barkerville instead. I have been there many times, but it never disappoints.

BCLS Executive Member with a piece of amber with a bug in it.

Lots of great jewelry in this store - most of it not from BC - true to the Barkerville era, wearing something from afar was more of a status symbol.
