Rendezvous Cancelled

CANCELLED - Rendezvous 2018 Dear members, Unfortunately we have been forced to cancel Rendezvous at Rock Creek this year due to the serious flooding the region has been experiencing. Jerome Albo and the Penticton Club visited Rock Creek this past weekend to assess the situation. While the river had dropped considerably since Thursday, a bridge was out restricting access, and two of the main RV campgrounds were out of service. A second surge of water is expected to pass through the area again this week. We appreciate the efforts invested by the Penticton Club and our Society volunteers to organize the event, and all those who had made arrangements to join us. It is a disappointment to say the least, but the safety of our members is paramount. Information with respect to a new time and place for our Society AGM will be made available in the coming weeks.
