South Okanagan Rockhounds – Meeting and Field Trip
Sunday June 4th , 2023
Meet at 9:00am Walmart Penticton
North East Corner of the Parking Lot
(across the road from Sport Check)
· If you plan to attend, please e-mail
the club by Wednesday May 31st
· Hot Dog lunch will be provided
· Bring a rock pick/hammer, and bucket
or bag – if you have extra tools please bring to share with new members
· Destination is Clark Lake – for Jasper
and Agate
· Have a full tank of gas, and bring
water, snacks, sturdy footwear, and clothing for all kinds of weather,
sunscreen, gloves. Bring a folding chair
· There may be options to car pool
· Those who have signed up by e-mail
will get a couple of cell phone numbers closer to the date in case you are
delayed enroute
